For a custom recording I will interview you first for an hour in person or by phone and then make the recording for you according to what has been talked about in the hour session. The recording will reinforce the direction and suggestions we have talked about that will help to move you toward your goal. Please listen to it on a regular basis. Listening everyday for 21 days is best. You may find it resolved sooner and then just listen to it as you wish. You will find these recordings very relaxing and should never be used while driving or operating any machinery.
